1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RIOS Intelligence Group's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RIOS Intelligence Group provides AI consulting services including but not limited to:

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

RIOS Intelligence Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, all obligations and rights shall cease except those that by nature should survive.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
